Jeff Bause
President & CEO
Jeff Bause is CEO of Groome Industrial Service Group, where he drives growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. Since joining in 2007, he has advanced through leadership roles including COO and VP of Sales, expanding services in the natural gas and refinery sectors. Known as an “acquirer of choice” in industrial services, Jeff has doubled enterprise size through organic growth and disciplined acquisitions, consistently creating value for investors, customers, and stakeholders. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers University.
Paul Andersen
Chief Administrative Officer
Paul has more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions in public and private accounting. During his career, he also served as W-S Companies’ Chief Financial Officer. Paul holds a BA in Accounting from Creighton University.
Veronica Cregar
Chief People Officer
Delivering cultural transformation has been a key outcome of Veronica’s career in HR. Veronica has held various executive HR roles for start-ups, high-growth organizations, and Global Fortune 100 companies. Veronica holds a BA degree in Management from DeSales University, advanced HR Certifications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and serves on FDU’s Board for the Gildart Haas School of Computer Sciences and Engineering.
Greg Parker
Chief Operating Officer
Greg Parker has been with Groome Industrial since 2018 and held multiple positions. Greg was instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans for diversification of revenue, integration of acquired entities, and rapid strategic growth. Greg is respected as a strong leader with over 39 years of experience. Prior to joining Groome, Greg served over 34 years in the Untied States Army, retiring at the rank of Brigadier General.
