Jeff Bause
President & CEO
Jeff has been with the company for more than a decade. During his career, he also served as Groome’s Chief Operating Officer and has extensive experience in the various lines of business within the company, including Catalyst Maintenance Service, HRSG, and Industrial Cleaning. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
Mike Jacisin
Chief Financial Officer
Mike brings more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility to his role at Groome. He has worked for more than a decade with engineering and other high-quality service companies. Mike has a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Steve Houghton
Chief Operating Officer
Steve is well-versed in all the industries and services Groome represents ranging from HRSG and Refinery to Waste-to-Energy, and from Industrial Cleaning & Surface Coatings to Hangar Door Services. He has a track record of success in his sales and marketing roles at companies providing industrial supplies and services over his 16-year career. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Rowan University.
Brad McGinnis
Chief Operating Officer
Brad is the former President and CEO of ExPro, Inc. He has four decades of leadership experience in both the Industrial Cleaning and Explosive Cleaning industries. His career has also focused on chemical cleaning, asbestos abatement, hazardous waste transportation, remediation, and painting and coatings, and he now serves as a COO for Groome Industrial.
Spencer Woodhall
Chief Operating Officer
Spencer was previously COO of Blasting Solutions. Inc. During his 15 year career, he has worked in all positions of the Explosive Cleaning Services. His primary knowledge base is in the Coal, Pulp & Paper, and Waste to Energy segments of the market. He is now serving as a COO for Groome Industrial.
Veronica Cregar
Chief People Officer
Delivering cultural transformation has been a key outcome of Veronica’s career in HR. Veronica has held various executive HR roles for start-ups, high-growth organizations, and Global Fortune 100 companies. Veronica holds a BA degree in Management from DeSales University, advanced HR Certifications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and serves on FDU’s Board for the Gildart Haas School of Computer Sciences and Engineering.
Andrew Parks
VP of Operations - Admin
Andrew started working with ExPro in 2009 after a fulfilling career in law enforcement. He has 25 years of experience with explosives and currently serves as the VP of Operations for Groome Industrial. Andrew is passionate about his role within the Industrial Service business and eagerly shares his knowledge with the extended team.
James “Ken” Eddy
VP of Operations - Field
Ken has been the Regional Manager for Expro, Inc. for thirteen of his fifteen years with the company, and now is a VP of Operations for Groome. Ken has been in the Industrial Cleaning business since 1975, which includes water blasting of coal-fired utilities, vacuum work, water disposal, waste cleanup, welding, and mechanical work.
Ryan Esposito
VP of Engineering
Ryan has eight years of experience focused on the SCR industry for Groome Industrial. He specializes in the design, maintenance, and retrofitting of SCR systems in the power, refining, and petrochemical industries. Ryan holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Wallace H. Coulter School of Engineering at Clarkson University.
